SSH key setup

1. On the panel machine: ssh-keygen -t ed25519 -f ~/.ssh/vps_panel
2. Install the public key in the VPS user's authorized_keys.
3. Trust the server: ssh-keyscan -H your.vps.host >> ~/.ssh/known_hosts
4. Set VPS_SSH_PRIVATE_KEY to the private key path in .env.
5. Install scripts/vps-panel-agent before using restart, shutdown, or package updates.
6. Enable lingering so bots survive reboot: sudo loginctl enable-linger "$USER"
